[M4IF Technotes] encoder problems!

Stefan,
I have been able to encode (and then decode the bitstream) using
the MoMuSys software compiled on a Solaris machine. Infact, I
have been able to tinker with the encoder/decoder to understand
the standard better.
However, I did these experiments for a QCIF-sized stream and
only for Simple Profile (all rectangular objects). I can send
you the .y, .u, .v, the .ctl and the .cfg files that I am
using, if you want.
