[M4IF Technotes] Test Sequences

Hey All,
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how to get the video sequences
in ".yuv" format, in both qcif and cif sizes.
The clips I'm looking for are:
	foreman
	akiyo
	container
	coastgaurd
	mobile
	news
	paris
	tempete
I don't necessarily need all the files but the more I can get the better.
Previously I did find some of the files by scouring the web but most had
been altered or corrupted.
Also I'm interested in encoding Video Objects (Segmentation), as far as I'm
aware the MoMuSys encoder is the only freely available codec that supports
this functionality, but does anyone know of any other encoders that support
this,
