This is not true in my experience. The syntax of TXT and BT are 
different, but both BIFSEnc and mp4tool accept pure, unmodified VRML 
syntax as input.
mp4tool does additional translation on the URLs: when the url points to 
a GIF/JPG, then mp4tool automatically creates the OD.
