Hello Alf,
You can download ISO reference software (which contains MPEG-2 AAC decoder
as well) from:
http://www.iso.ch/iso/en/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/14496-5_Compressed_
directories/
Or, you can use FAAD2, which is much faster and it has fixed point AAC
decoder implementation (compile time switch):
