According to my notes, there exist the following
* input document of the 37th MPEG Meeting:
M1492	Revised Error Pattern Generation Programs for Core Experiments on Error 
Resilience
* output documents of the 37th MPEG Meeting:
N1473  	 Description of Core Experiments on error resilience in MPEG-4 video
N1477  	 Ad-hoc group on Core experiments on error resilience in MPEG- 4 video
The input documents are not accessable anymore by any means (unless you have a 
received a copy in earlier times), but you might contact the authors (Toshio 
Miki, Toshiro Kawahara and Tomoyuki Ohya) from NTT DoCoMo. The output documents 
are accessible to MPEG members only (none of the mentioned output documents was 
assigned to be made publicly available).
