[M4IF Technotes] .bits to .mp4

Hi all,
Is there a software that can convert .bits files
output by MoMuSys MPEG4 encoder to .mp4 file that can
be played on MPEG4 player (like mpegable player or
gmp4player). 
If so where can I download it?
else, how can I play .bits files
