If you can hint the file, that would work. 
We have a command-line hinter, QuickTime player pro can also reexport the
file with hint tracks (as long as the file can be imported in QT)

Hi all,
We have to convert a 3GP file created with a Nokia 3650 (containing 
video and audio) to a MP4 file useful for streaming with Darwin.
Is it possible to create a batch procedure to do this. What kind of tool 
do we need?
