Hi, 
Check two things.
1. You have started the streaming admin server perl script.
2. You are using the port as specified in the installation (1220 probably).
There should be a mailing list for Darwin Server. That would be a better place to post.

Hello every body and all MPEG4 experts,
I am currently facing a problem with QuickTime's Darwin Streaming Server and I thought you guys might be of some help.
I have installed Darwin Streaming Server and am now trying to run it. I have set up a login and password, as described in the instructions. These login and password are required to access and configure the administration parameters prior to run Darwin Streaming Server. But unfortunately, when trying to actually access the administrator configuration page, the access is denied for no particularly apparent reason.
Could you please help me on this ?
