[M4IF Technotes] PROTO Insertion

Hi Sebastian,
According to the current specs, PROTO definitions are decoded during a 
SceneReplace command only. Hence, extending the list of PROTOs at a 
later stage is not possible without throwing everything away first.
However, in amendment 4 of the systems specs it is made possible to 
insert and delete PROTO definitions. To my knowledge this part of the 
spec is still in draft.
