[M4IF Technotes] Test sequence

Hi,
Could you tell me, where can I get the video test sequence of MPEG4?
My job is about video object coding, so I must obtain the video sequence and the binary shape map of its video object. I have looked for them at the web sit of mpegif, but I can not find binary shape map. Do you know where I can get them , or which software can create the binary shape of video object? It is best for free:-)
