[M4IF Technotes] RMS Value is more than -30dB for Right Channel in a Channel Pair Element

Dear all, 
According to the test procedure, I am checking for the RMS Value of the
original test stream and the one decoded by the FAAD decoder. It is
working fine for mono channel (Getting RMS values less than -100dB). But
for stereo, the RMS value is less than -100dB for the Left channel where
as for the Right Channel the value is more than -30dB (more than what is
recommended) So I thought that, there should be some problem with either
the M/S, I/S or PNS decoding. 
Can any one of you put some light on this........................
