[Mp4-tech] Decoding an MPEG-2 AAC stream : Help

Hi all
Could somebody please tell me where i can get some sample audio streams 
encoded  using AAC, twin Vq and Bsac  with MPEG-4  system header format. 
It would be extremely helpful if i can get the  parameter string needed 
for decoding also. It appears to me that in order to decode any MPEG-4 
stream i need to know the encoding tools applied on it. Is my 
understanding correct  ?

I found some streams on the web, that had the mdat in it, but then when 
i try to decode them, i get an error saying
"Found MP4 file with  1 suitable Tracks
Failure: Can't handle OD profile 2"
