[Mp4-tech] Re: Mp4-tech Digest, Vol 3, Issue 11

I could not get the JM 7.3 software to achieve proper results.  
Apparently, too many MBs were picked to
be coded as Intra (with R-D mode enabled).  I switched to JM 61e and am 
achieving better numbers.
