[Mp4-tech] Weather Sequence

Hi
Im working on a segmentation algorithm based on background registration using change detection. I would be very greatful to anyone who could point me to a URL from where i can obtain the WEATHER test sequence (preferably in QCIF). I need it to validate my background registration process.
Alternatively if you know of any other sequences that contain objects that move across the frame (similar to hall monitor sequence) then that would also be useful.
