Dear Shailendra,
The newest version of the Microsoft reference code (with all known bugs
fixed) was recently approved in the context of 14496-5/AMD5, which is
presently in the process of publication by ISO. This will then probably
be published on the ISO Web Site in the near future. This code is
already available from the MPEG Video Group software maintenance site
http://megaera.ee.nctu.edu.tw/mpeg/Ref_Software/cd_software_with_FGS/,
and has now also been copied to the NIST CVS in sub-directory
microsoft-2.5-040207-NTU/.
Best regards,
Jens
