[Mp4-tech] Tool to convert AVI to MP4 file

Hi,
I need to convert AVI files with MPEG4 simple profile video and G711 audio to
.mov or .mp4 file.
I was able to find a lot of tools that would do the opposite -converting from
MOV to AVI, but none from AVI to MOV. I would appreciate any suggestions.
