"isomp4" is simply the earlier name of what is now known as
"isomediafile". To compile & link with this lib under its new name,
simply change the corresponding lines in
ISO_IEC_14496-5_2001_Software_Reference/audio/natural/refSoft/general/makefile.platform
from
ISOMP4_NAME = isomp4
# for newer versions of this lib
# ISOMP4_NAME = isomediafile
to
#ISOMP4_NAME = isomp4
# for newer versions of this lib
 ISOMP4_NAME = isomediafile
