[Mp4-tech] optimal method for obtaining network load in MPEG-J

Dear all,
for those who have had a chance to look at MPEG-J in IM1, I'm sure you have 
seen that the getNetworkLoad() method is missing its implementation. In a 
quest to fill in this missing bit I have been using a SNMP Java stack to 
work my way around. This solution though would mean that an additional 
stack be used with IM1 and might not be suitable for all types of hardware 
platforms (I maybe wrong here) which is the philosophy behind MPEG-J.
If anyone has tackled this issue before, can you recommend an alternate 
solution?
