[Mp4-tech] MP4 file format?

Thanks Sal & Mike for the replies.
I am looking at the QuickTime File Format now, hope that will help me to 
prase thru MP4 soon :)
By the way, is it true that the ISO/IEC 14496-14 is not free to download 
anymore?
