ISO/IEC 14496-3:2001/Cor.1:2002:
1.6.2.2.2.1	AAC Main, AAC LC, AAC SSR, AAC LTP
One top level payload (raw_data_block()) is mapped into one access unit. 
Subsequent access units form one elementary stream.
