Hi Amit
The encoder software produces one compressed bitstream as specified in
the config-file. The size of this compressed bitstream depends on the
settings you use (quantisation parameters etc). 
The output YUV file of the decodeder hopefully has the same size of your
input YUV file (at least if you settings in the config-file tells the
encoder to encode all the pictures of your input file). Would suggest,
that you take a closer look at this config-file.
