[Mp4-tech] help needed with building the "decoder" project..

Hi Folks,
 We downloaded the Microsoft's reference code from mpeg.nist.gov & are having problems building decoder.exe. 
 * There is no .dsw (workspace file) readily available
 * If I double-click on the project file (decoder.dsp), my Microsoft Visual Studio IDE (Ver 6.) gives an error saying that "This makefile was not generated by Developer Studio". 
 I tried creating a blank workspace & adding this project into it, but I get back the same error.
 The reference code from the ISO website (Ver 1.0) worked perfectly fine (it already had the .dsw file). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
