[Mp4-tech] How to convert Media file in MP4 format to MPEG Tranport Stream format.

Hi, 
	I have the files compressed with MPEG-4 encoder and stored in MP4 format, we need
to exstract and package the compressed video and audio data in the MP4 file to MPEG 
Transport Stream format. Are there any tools or easy way to do this? Thanks.
