[Mp4-tech] [3gpp] Video samples extracted from .3gp

Hi All,
            I am trying to use the decoder from Microsoft "microsoft-vfdis-v10-990812", to decode video samples extracted from a .3gp file. But I get the following errors ...
Bitstream without short headers detected
VO 22...
ERROR: Unknown complexity estimation method number 1.
20750
Anyone has any ideas what could be wrong here??
