[Mp4-tech] Usage of AAC of stereo input

Hello,
    Can anyone help me, on how to use AAC with stereo input. Should I 
set the environment to <export MP4_RAWAUDIOFILE="integer16, 0, 44100.0, 
native, 2, 1.0" > since it has 2 channels here.
    I used this command in hope of encoding the 2 channels as 2 
single_channel_elements:
./Linux_g++_O0d/enc -d 3 -r 64000 -c "-lc" -o mozart_64.aac mozart_60s.wav
however, the output that I obtained only half of the file has been 
encoded and decoded. Can anyone help? And if I were to encode the 2 
channels (of stereo input file)  one channel_pair_element, how would the 
command change? And how should I set the raw file?
