[Mp4-tech] Acquire for MPEG4 PS sample

Hello All,
I'm testing my MPEG-4 PS parser and player.
Since I got only one sample file for testing, I'd like to run the program with more samples for verification, especially on the format of program stream and the sync between A/V. 
Could somebody kindly send me one such file with synchronized A/V streams ?
Or it there any free tool I can use for generating such a file ?
