dear Mihir, Rob, and all--
just to add a short note...
on the 3GP side (I know Rob, this has nothing to do with MPEG :) the
Technical Spec 26.234, e.g. version 5.6.0, publicly available from
www.3gpp.org, tells how to "extend the ISO file format the 3GP way" to
codecs such as H.263 Video and AMR-NB Audio, but does not cover G.723, even
though this is the format for video-communication adopted by 3GP...
