[Mp4-tech] FGS

Hi,
I came across a website which says that Amd 4 of 14496:2 contains
profiles for FGS. I was looking to buy the Amd which explains FGS. But,
when I checked the ISO website, it doesnot list an AMD 4 for 14496:2. It
has an Amd 3 which is described as "New Levels and Tools for Mpeg4
Visual".
Does this Amd 3 explain FGS?
I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this.
