[Mp4-tech] optimal method for obtaining network load in MPEG-J

Anthony,
getNetworkLoad() MPEG-J API is a platform indenpendent means for the 
MPEGlet which is part of your presentation to query the terminal. If the 
terminal in trun in realizing this API uses a platform specific 
implementation, that is not against the philosophy of MPEG-J. Am I 
missing something here ? Please contact me if you have further questions.
