  Hi,
    You can find the test sequences at
http://www.m4if.org/resources.php
under the heading 
Test Content (Sequences).
  The Table Tennis sequence (YUV) is there, but you will have to search/check for the required dimensions, viz., cif/sif/qcif etc.
