[Mp4-tech] Redundant Pic Rejection in JM? (H.264 Decoder)

Hi
I wanted to know whether Redundant coded picture rejection is implemented in the JM Decoder software. I see that the redundant_pic_cnt_present syntax is read from the bitstream, and based on that the redundant_pic_cnt is read from the Slice header, but I don't see any place this information is being used.
