[Mp4-tech] about the slice problem

Dear experts
I have a question about the slice.
Generally we have 5 kinds of slices I,P,B,SI,SP.
My question is that if a frame is coded in intra mode, then there is only one slice (I slice) exist in this frame?? 
or there maybe some other slices (I or P or B) exist in the same frame??
