[Mp4-tech] about codIRange and codIOffset in CABAC decoding

hi, everyone,
  Is there anyone who had focused on CABAC decoding? What  I want to know is that when initializing decoder engine mentioned in 9.3.1.2, the codIRange and codIOffset registers should be  16-bit wide or 9-bit wide.
