[Mp4-tech] SQCIF video size

dear All, 
I am a newbie to video compression, I want to know
about video size. I have search the internet and come
up with these two links :
http://www.teamsolutions.co.uk/tsstds.html
and 
http://www.wave-report.com/tutorials/VC.htm
which has different size for SQCIF, on the first link
it says : 
SQCIF - Sub Quarter Common Intermediate Format; used
by 3G mobiles MPEG4 video and H.263, 88 x 72 pixels
on the second links it says :
SQCIF - Sub quarter CIF (resolution 128x96)
which one of these informations is correct?
