[Mp4-tech] MPEG-4 packetizing using UDP

Hi everyone,
My harward card gives me  ISO/IEC 14496-2 SOP level3 streams.
I want to render it using DirectX8.1(DirectShow) and DivX.
What will be the packet format that i have to use to sent that streams over a UDP packet?
what kind of Filters i have to use to render this RawStream?
