[Mp4-tech] 3gpp files

Hi,
Thank you, I have been trying to use ffmpeg but I never managed to
compile it with the support for AMR codec...
Could you provide me with some detailed information on how to
successfully compile it and then how to use GPAC to properly prepare
these files for streaming to mobile devices?
