Your question is very brief.
1) Can we have more than ftyp box in mp4 stream?
yes, many other boxes are permitted.  if you meant to ask "Can we 
have more than one ftyp box in mp4 stream?", no, only one is allowed 
but it can contain many compatible brands.
2) If no why and if yes give me example.
It's very hard to give a valid example of something that is not 
allowed (or needed)!
