[Mp4-tech] about parameter " colZeroFlag"

Dear experts,
      In the 8.4.1.2.2 of H.264 Draft 03/2005,  there are some description
about parameter " colZeroFlag"
But in fact, I can't find the function of the parameter " colZeroFlag" in
H.264 Draft.
Can any expert give a explain about it?
