[Mp4-tech] Mpeg4 codec with FGS

Hi,
    I am looking for an MPEG-4 codec offering continuous progressiveness
(Fine Granularity Scalability). I found out that this feature is
available in MPEG-4 Part 2 Momusys codec running on Linux. But I am
not able to get hold of that codec. Can any of you help me out in
getting that codec or any other codec which offers the same
functionality (Fine Granularity Scalability)?
