[Mp4-tech] H264 RTP Timestamp

Hello,
         I'm not encapsulating this H264 stream into an mp4 format; I'm
writing the packetizer from scratch, and intending it to play on e.g VLC
Player
Right now, its playing ok, but because there's not good timing information
(I'm calculating it myself by doing 1/29.97 and adding it each NAL unit), it
doesn't play too well and it consntally misses a lot of frames 
If there was a way to solve this problem, it'd be of help :-)
