[Mp4-tech] [Video] H.264/AVC Switching SP frames (Windows XP)

Dear Experts,
hoping that is not a FAQ i would like to ask you something concerning the switching SP frames encoding.
Once i get the "low_quality.dat" and "hi_quality.dat" for the two encoded sequences, i tried to encode the switching frames setting 
SP2_FRAMES =  1 # switching SP frame encoding flag (0=not used, 1=used)
But actually i get the following error:
"Fatal: cannot read in SP input file, exit"
since the function "read_SP_coefficients" during the 19th row the function
if(img->width!=(int)fread(lrec[i],sizeof(int),img->width,SP_coeff_file))
produces an error since 80 != 176.
I would like to ask you if someone else encountered my problem in Windows XP and can help me finding a solution.
