[Mp4-tech] How to open intra luma 8x8 in encoder.cfg

Dear all,
I am trying to open intra luma 8x8 in JM10.0.
I have set "ProfileIDC            = 8x8  # Profile IDC (66=baseline, 77=main, 88=extended)."
Is there any mistake, because the intra luma 8x8 seems not working.
Did I miss something?
Can anyone help me to deal with this problem.
