[Mp4-tech] how to merge serveral nalus of one frame into one nalu?

Merging of multiple slice NAL units into one slice NAL unit is basically a transcoding process, which is non-trivial. Note if non-VCL NAL units or redundant slice NAL units are present, then it is impossible to merge all the NAL units of the access unit into one NAL unit.

	         I have a rtp stream of h264 ,packetization-mode = 0 ,and I can extract all nalus of one frame ,but I don't know how to merge all these nalus of one frame into one nalu of this frame.
