[Mp4-tech] reg RTP for AAC (LC)

hello everyone,
  we are planning to implement RTP for MPEG4-AAC(LC).
  please tell me which RFC i have to follow or implement.
  I think RF3640 gives general idea about MPEG4 streams.
  is there any RFC which talks about RTP implementation of AAC(LC).
