[Mp4-tech] H264 file creation question

Hello,
I've wrote test utility to break up valid H264 file into the NAL units, send
them over IPC channel from one thread to another, and write into "output"
file... However, when I have " could not find codec parameters" error if I
try to play output file... Is there something extraneous to information
contained in NALs I should use to re- create video file? Or, should Iook for
errors in my code?
