[Mp4-tech] Cropping in JPEG

Dear Mayank,
The dimensions must be multiple of 8 and also the number of
vertical and horz blocks must be multiple of Hi and Vi.
Number of blocks in an MCU depends on subsampling factor.
Thus for the given dimension, it is fixed. I mean to say that
you cannot select MCU for a given dimension. It is fixed.
Please correct me if i am wrong.
