[Mp4-tech] AACplus bitstream with DRC

DAB uses DRC.  is to adapt the dynamic range of the audio signal to
listening listening environment. along with audio data, receiver can receive
the range info and apply the DRC to required level without clipping the PCM.
see AAC std and ISO ref code for details.
