[Mp4-tech] Jvt/jsvm on the fly decoding

Hi,
I'm trying to setup a client-server system for h264 avc svc streaming on rtp. I'm using jsvm 8.10 for coding/decoding. I have to modify it in order to have respectively in output from encoder and in input to decoder  
a stream instead of a file for real time playing.
Now:
Where should I extract nal units stream in the encoder, and how can I pass this stream to the decoder?
What about extracting each nal unit from m_puBuffer after filling it in the NalUnitEncoder::closeNalUnit(Uint& ruiBits) method?
All I have to send to the client are nal units, isn't it?
Can you tell me if there are 'dynamic' versions of jsvm that already does it?
