[Mp4-tech] about mpeg4 profile&level code

dear experts,
    I know the profile_and_level_indication code in 14496-2 of 1999 defined as follows,
          Simple Profile/Level 1	00000001
          Simple Profile/Level 2	00000010
          Simple Profile/Level 3	00000011
    but someone tell me that the code has been re-defined in 14496-2 of 2003, could anyone clarify that for me? I don't have the version 2003 in hand.
