[Mp4-tech] MPEG-4 Video File

Hi techies
Using XVid Decoder I m decoding a mpeg4 stream into yuv for display on 
linux framebuffer,but now instead of passing mpeg4 bit stream i wanted to 
pass .mp4 file as input and it should display me the video part.
I have seen one s/w named MP4Box which does so but its source code comes 
in gpac library which contains other tools too inside it and the mp4box is 
too complicated to seperate it out and to understand,so instead can anyone 
explain me the files structure of .cmp file (which is the output of 
MP4Box) i.e how is it made when given .mp4 files as input. (the structure 
of .cmp file)
